Working principle introduction
Heat pump drying room is one middle size of batch type of heat pump dryer. Heat pump device consists of compressor, electronic expansion valve, dry filter, four-way valve, evaporator, casing condenser, fan and other major components, it adopts inverse Carnot principle, the compressor from the evaporator inhalation of low temperature and low pressure air Refrigerant, through the work of the refrigerant compressed into high temperature and high pressure air, high temperature and high pressure air into the condenser and air exchange heat, condensed into a cryogenic liquid in the condenser and release a lot of heat, the material absorbs its release of energy through the hot air circulation strong row of its moisture to achieve the purpose of drying materials.
Drying room designs
We have total 4 different drying room design based on different customer’s drying requirement:
a, Integration type: do not need installation from our engineer, customer can install the machine according to user manual and installation video;
b, Horizontal air circulation type: meet most customers drying requirement, length from 5m to 10m, loading capacity form 500kg to 2000kg, bi-directional air flow, one side door and 2 sides door for options.
c, Vertical air circulation type: suitable for lower moisture material drying target, length from 5m to 10m, loading capacity form 500kg to 2000kg, from top to bottom circulated air flow, one side door and 2 sides door for options. This type of heat pump drying room can be manufactured to close loop type of heat pump dryer.
d, 40ft refrigerated container modified type: this type of dryer is special designed for foreign market, customer can use ne or 2nd hand refrigerated container as the drying room, install the heat pump unit and other accessories to get one dryer, the finished dryer also can be used as refrigerated container, so as to invest less money to get one machine with drying and refrigeration two functions.
